The History of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo National High School (GEANHS), Imus City
General Emilio Aguinaldo National High School (GEANHS) was established through the visionary efforts of former Governor Ayong Maliksi, who recognized the need for a secondary school to serve the growing population of Imus City. The school officially opened its doors to students with humble beginnings, operating initially with only three dedicated teachers: Mrs. Cayetana Gelbolingo, Mrs. Crisanta F. Caudal, and Ms. Marites R. Peñaredonda. These pioneering educators laid the foundation for quality education, catering to the first batch of 156 students. Despite limited resources, including just two buildings, their passion and dedication propelled the school forward.
