2026 GEANHS SCIENCE CONGRESS

February 17,2026

With the theme “Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future through Science and Innovation (Pag-angkla sa Di-Kilala: Nagpapagana sa Kinabukasan sa Pamamagitan ng Agham at Inobasyon)”, the 2026 Science Congress successfully highlighted the research excellence, creativity, and innovation of GEANHS STE learners.

Over five days, students demonstrated scientific competence through research defenses, robotics documentary analysis, science exhibits, and research proposal and title presentations, showcasing solutions to real-world problems using scientific methods.

Outstanding research papers and innovation projects in robotics, environmental science, computational studies, and assistive technologies reflected the brilliance and ingenuity of our young researchers.

This meaningful gathering strengthened academic excellence, collaboration, camaraderie, and scientific curiosity, while recognizing the dedication of student researchers, mentors, panelists, and the Technical Working Group.

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to the success of the 2026 Science Congress!

Today, our school successfully conducted an orientation aimed at strengthening collaborative expertise and maximizing the use of Self-Instructional LAC resources to enhance STEM education.

The program opened with a solemn prayer led by Sir Henry C. Donsol, ESP Department Head, setting a reflective and purposeful tone for the activity. An insightful overview of the initiative was presented by Mr. Ludovico Resuello Jr., OIC of the Science Department, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in improving teaching practices. The legal bases supporting the implementation were clearly discussed by Ms. Elizabeth Z. Villanueva, Math Department Head and OIC School Head, ensuring alignment with existing policies and standards. The LAC Orientation Proper was effectively facilitated by Ms. Geraldine L. Elomina, our school L&D Coordinator, who guided participants in understanding the structure and utilization of the resources.

This initiative highlights our shared commitment to continuous professional growth, collaboration, and delivering quality STEM education for our learners.
