GEANHS conducts first PTC for 2020

Building a strong foundation of partnership with parents, GEANHS conducted its fourth Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) on January 31, 2020 at the covered court.
Mrs. Lerma V. Peña, school head, shared the status of the school and its learners, while reiterating the role of parents in student success.
“We are very happy that you take time to be with us as we discuss measures to enaure our children’s success,” Mrs. Peña expresses her delight.
“We will continue to create programs beneficial to our learners--and these will all be possible through your constant support,” she added.
The distribution of cards and consultation with advisers was held thereafter, in each classroom.

Young Math whizzes gathered at GEANHS RK Hall on January 21, 2020 to compete for 2020 Division Math Challenge.
Competing in four categories, Emilians were able to get various awards.
Grade 7 Team composed of Rein Ady A. Sawal, Princess Cloe Q. Tago, Nicko Gabrielle S. Dominguez and coach
Ms. Arriane C. Villaflor bagged the Second Place.
Grade 8 students Allyssa Cassandra Q. Zapanta, Ryle A. Enriquez and Mark Justin G. Rico, with coach Ms. Venus S. Tablante bagged Third Place.
Both in Fifth Place are: Grade 9 Team, composed of John Roy P. Ugabang, Jersey S. Miraflores, Ethyl J. Cahigao, and coach, Ms. Marina C. Mandapat; and Grade 10 Team of Girald Boy O. Gaston, Philippe Matthew P. Parian, Maria Crisilda D. Pajarillo, and coach Mr. John Austin B. Mendoza.

Mr. Joseph R. Carreon was awarded Outstanding Research Advocate during the 1st APAETI Guro Excellence Award 2019 on January 11, 2019 at Bay Leaf Hotel, Gen. Trias, Cavite.
Organized by the Asia Pacific Association of Educators Training Institute, the award-giving body aims to recognize educators who generously extend their knowledge and skills to improving the quality of education in the country.
Carreon acts as the Research Coordinator in GEANHS, crafting programs and projects that would enhance research inquiry and writing among teachers, in order to strengthen research culture in the school community.
