Embracing the spirit of experiential learning, English teachers designed an interactive game to enhance campers' understanding of reading materials discussed during GEANHS' National Learning Camp (NLC).

Coined as 𝐶ℎ𝑜𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐵𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝐴𝑛𝑠𝑤𝑒𝑟, the activity was inspired by the classic 𝑃𝑒𝑟𝑎 𝑜 𝐵𝑎𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑔 game show, where participants line up to stations that represent the correct answers to questions given.

Teachers wove elements of friendly competition and teamwork into the game, ensuring an engaging learning atmosphere. Developing their comprehension and critical thinking skills, campers analyzed passages and deciphered messages within reading materials.

Through the interactive activity, students not only enhanced their reading comprehension but also honed their collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Ms. Flordemie V. Macaraeg, one of the NLC teachers, expressed her delight in witnessing the students' active engagement. "As a volunteer teacher, I felt fulfillment seeing students learn and enjoy at the same time."

As NLC continues, GEANHS' teachers remain committed to making learning a delightful journey of discovery.
